Well, my friend Kelli finally convinced me to switch my ways. For the longest time, I blogged with blogspot, but now, I've finally conformed and came to wordpress.

I'm recently married and loving every minute of it. I have a wonderful husband and I couldn't ask for anyone better. We had a great honeymoon. We went to a resort just north of Akamul, Mexico. It was a blast and we couldn't have asked for a better trip. After we came home, and after a lot of cleaning due to the mess my bridesmaids and some of my high school friends left for us at our house, we had Darren's family over to watch us open presents. It was a lot of fun and we got a lot of really cool stuff! At least our kitchen looks like a real kitchen now. 

Since then, we have been adjusting to married life in reality. Its great! I love being able to wake up next to the man I love every morning. It was also back to reality at work. Things are going great, but I sometimes wondering if I'm getting burnt out on the whole customer service thing. I mean, I've never had a job not doing customer service. There may be a position opening soon in the gift department, and I really want to go for it. I think it'd be a great opportunity for me. I would still get to work for the same great company, but I would be able to use my creativity more and I would be working with a great group of girls. Well, see what happens. I believe the position is opening as of June 1. Not to mention Darren got a raise this month! I'm so excited about that. We have so many things left over from the wedding that we still need to take care of, and at least I don't feel like it will take quite as long now.
